The Apartment is fully furnished, with a little room for you to add an item or two to make it feel personalized, and a well equipped kitchen for a comfortable stay.The Cottages are set out in such a way that the tenants remain largely private sharing only the swimming pool. The cottages accommodate single occupancy only.The establishment is peaceful and if you need to work from home, this is very suitable.Strictly no smoking is permitted on the property. This is a smoke free environment.The establishment is secured with perimeter electric fencing and CCTV Cameras.Parking is secured with 24 Hour Surveillance Cameras.Rental Includes the following:Electricity Water Fast WiFi unlimited Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video.We have the following apartment available as from the 1st July or 1st August 2026Unit 1.It is pet friendly for suitable small breed dog that is well socialized, spayed or neutered.
