Extra R650 for electricity per month. The room is equipped with built in cupboards and a desk. Bring your own bed. The kitchen and lounge area do have a washing machine, stove, microwave, kettle and fridge. There is an outdoor braai. Secure parking on the premises. There are 3 rooms available in the house. Two students make use of one bathroom. Rooms are available from 1 July 2026 until end June 2027 and can then be extended for another year.
